Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sageandroseprints.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 955 E Ball Rd.Anaheim, CA 92805

We offer free returns for sizes up to 30" x 40." 

The return shipping cost of Sizes 32"x48" 36"x48" & 40"x60"shall be shouldered by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We spend the most care in our packaging to ensure your product comes in excellent condition. In the rare occurrence your art has arrived damaged, please send pictures of the print and it's packaging, and we will send you a new piece right away. 

Returns:

Don't really like the piece? No problem, we offer free returns within 30 days of arrival. No questions asked. We'll send you a free return label for all art up to 30" x 40." Return costs are covered by the customer for Extra Large pieces, like 36"x48", or 40"x60." 

 

 

Exchanges

Change your mind after you buy something?

Please contact us at support@sageandroseprintswithin within the next 24-36 hours and we can update the order immediately. If there are any price changes from the original order, we can send you can draft order / refund of any price differences.

If you change your mind after it ships, the first order will go through the returns process. You can either purchase the one you want right away, or wait till the first one arrives at our facility and we will refund the difference and send you your updated print. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
