We source all our product materials ethically and in an environment-friendly manner. Most of the items are sourced locally to help other small businesses and support local artists.
The colors shown in our product photos on the product detail pages are highly accurate. But please note that there are small variations in lot-batches of a few products due to which the colors will have slight variations.
Printing and shipping time within the United States is normally 4-7 business days.Β
All of our products are made on demand and shipped from our print partner. We aim to print and ship your your order within three days of your order being placed, however, please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to delays in the carrier or if our printsΒ have an unusually high volume of orders.
Once it is printed, shipping is normally 2-4 business days.

During the busy November and December seasons, orders may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery time. If your package can't be delivered to your home, it will be redirected to the nearest pick-up point due to high parcel volumes.
We currently ship within the continental United States, though are expanding soon to Europe and beyond.
Currently, we are unable to ship to the Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Northern Mariana Islands.

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit.
If your item does arrive damaged, contact us at hello@sageandroseprints.com, with the following details, and we'll respond within 1-2 business days.
We can't change an order once it's placed, but if you email us at hello@sageandroseprints.com quickly, we might be able to cancel it before printing. Then, you can reorder with the correct items without being charged twice.
If you've entered incorrect details like your address, email, or phone number, please contact our customer service at hello@sageandroseprints.com ASAP so we can update it before shipping. If your order is already sent and the info affects delivery, you'll be responsible for any extra costs.
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse please email us at hello@sageandroseprints.com immediately.
However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our printing/packing/shipping department prides itself on quick turnaround times.
If you paid for your order with a card, your refund will be issued back to the same card. If you paid via Paypal, we refer you to them for more information.
Did you place your order during a campaign period or with a discount code? When we receive your return, your order total will be recalculated. If the terms of the campaign or discount aren't met, we will deduct the discount from your refund.
