Most art that is more 75 year older than the artist's death is now in the Public Domain.
This means anyone can print or sell it without copywrite infringements. In fact, most of the "vintage" art sold across the internet is sourced from the Public Domain.
You can find Public Domain Art in a number of places, including dedicated public domain art sites, and many museum collections. Usually, pictures greater than 2000px cant be printed in any size.

Artvee is our favorite public domain resource because of their images are consistently the highest quality, and the ability to create pinterest-style collections. We often collect "coming soon" pictures in these collections.

Wikimedia is where all the images in Wikipedia are stored and have high-res downloads.
Many museums have downloadable files for famous art pieces. We love Rijksmusem because its relatively easy to find high-res images.
Unsplash is a great place to find license-free photography for private use. Many public archives have also started posting their collections.
